Attorney IOLTA Account Verification/Changes

Use this portal to verify your annual IOLTA compliance information is correct and updated and if not, make changes to your IOLTA account information.

All address changes are made by the State Bar of Texas and the Foundation’s records are updated each night. If you have made an address change with the State Bar and it is not reflected in your file, it is because the files are not yet updated.

Changes made to your files on this website will be reviewed and accepted by the Foundation. Please allow 7-10 business days for changes to be reflected on this website.

Even if you do not handle client funds, you must still verify that you do not have an IOLTA account listed with TAJF or that the account is inactive.

Log in to this portal to:

  • Verify your IOLTA bank and address information is accurate and updated
  • Open or close your IOLTA account
  • Indicate you are no longer with the firm listed on your account
  • Indicate you are with an established firm (see list upon login). A firm, for these purposes, consists of 7 or more licensed Texas attorneys. If you are in a firm with 6 or less attorneys, log in with your bar card and password below and leave the firm information as "no firm".

You CAN NOT create a new firm through this portal. You must contact the Foundation at compliance@teajf.org if your firm is not listed.

We DO NOT require notification of out-of-state IOLTA accounts. This compliance is for TEXAS IOLTA accounts.
